KJ-1 drill bits are our flagship products which are made with 5-axis machining machines.

KJ-1 drill bits are composed of tungsten carbide drill tip, tungsten carbide drill body and steel shank. As for the welding method, KJ-1 also adopts the same plug-in welding as TCT. Because KJ-1 drill bits needs to bear more torque, plug-in welding can increase the welding area to ensure the overall stability of the drill bit. Similarly, in order to meet different processing needs, we also use carbide different from KJ-1 to KJ-2 and ZY.

What KJ-2 and ZY bits can do, KJ-1 can do. And KJ-1 have the longest life of these three types.

The angle of conventional KJ-1 drill bits is also different from that of KJ-2 and ZY.

And for most shapes of bits, KJ-1 can be customized. So if you have other overall design requirements for the drill bit, KJ-1 can meet them. KJ-1 is more durable and it is suitable for mini size. Because of more tungsten carbide, KJ-1 can fit for many special work.

For which size out of 2.5-8, we also supply KJ-1 drill bits for solid carbide that the whole bit is carbide include shank.

KJ-1 Drill bits main work for MDF、chipboard、laminated and any other wood types.

And KJ-1 drill bits are made by 5-axis machining center, so these bits have best accuracy. If you have demand for holes’ accuracy, I think KJ-1 bits will be your best choice.

We also accept KJ-1 step drill bits’ customized requirements. Even for some models, KJ-1 is more affordable.
